You Have a Right to an Attorney

The 6th Amendment of the Bill of Rights guarantees all arrested citizens the right to have an attorney, and for good reason. The criminal justice system can be complicated and overwhelming.  When you walk into that courtroom, you need someone whose only job is to guide you, answer your questions honestly, and look out for your best interests.

Our cases run the spectrum from misdemeanor level drug offenses, assault, theft, criminal mischief, and DWI, to the more severe felony offenses of aggravated assault, possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, and sexual assault cases. Though the range of punishment varies, our attention to detail and commitment to superior legal representation remain at the same exceedingly high levels.

The experienced and knowledgeable attorneys of Miranda & Miller, P.C., will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each individual case, develop strategies and defenses, and fight the State in every step of the process. Our efforts can include pre-indictment negotiation and communication with the Grand Jury when necessary, extensive legal research to determine the admissibility of each piece of evidence offered by the State, thorough investigation independent of that done by the police, and aggressive negotiation and trial tactics.
